The things people ask first
How accurate is the online estimate?
It is a real calculation, not a guess: a typical Los Angeles parts-and-labor range for that job, adjusted for your type of vehicle. It is still an estimate. The moment we see the car we confirm a firm price, and we don't start work until you approve it.
Do you charge for the diagnosis?
Yes, because proper diagnosis is real work — we test the circuit, we do not just read a code out loud. If you go ahead with the repair, the diagnostic fee is credited against it.
Can you come to me?
For a lot of jobs, yes. Batteries, brakes, diagnostics and routine service can be done at your home or office. Anything needing a lift, an alignment rack or tire machine has to come to the shop. Tell us the job and we'll say which it is.
What vehicles do you work on?
Domestic, Japanese, Korean and European cars, plus light trucks, vans, hybrids and EVs. If a job needs a dealer-only tool we'll tell you that right away instead of wasting your money.
Will you use my own parts?
Often yes, if they are the correct parts. We will be clear about what that means for the warranty on that job before we fit them.
